Niles, married to Autumn, was a handsome and charming man, who’s got women and men alike dancing on his fingertips, young and old, and from all walks of life.  He had led an easy life, that made him an irresponsible lover than a good family provider.  Though lucky to have won the heart of a wonderful, smart, and caring woman who supported and dedicated all her life to him, he lost her trust and respect.

Autumn, albeit young, energetic, and principled, was quietly nursing a broken heart from her first love, Anthony who drifted away under a circumstantial excuse.  It sealed her choice to marry Niles in spite of all his faults and shortcomings.  Her marriage was a roller coaster journey of misery and pain.  In the end, the suffering took its toll, and found herself at the crossroad.  Why had the love she had built, not enough to hold her marriage, in keeping with the promise to have, to hold, to love, and to cherish all the days of her life?  Why had she vindicated herself from the tradition of solidity, in severing and forsaking her marriage?  Was it possible to find a good love?

Love is God’s gift, truly encompassing, solemn, and sacred.  It has ways and means to uphold a promise but could not endure time when disrespected, mistreated, unrequited, or abandoned.  Its own demise was inevitable!
